The Drunken Monkey

Entering under a flashing neon sign that indicates that dim sum is served all day, we here now have a place for good drinks and good food, being served all day (just wanted to make that clear). The list of cocktails and beers is quite decent, with a lot of International brews that you can taste if you feel like trying something different. Although, I’d suggest that you go for the cocktails especially if you arrive early during the Happy Hour – happiness levels will indeed increase quite rapidly.

Once you’re warmed up with some drinks, I do recommend going for the food – actually you’d better have thought about that in advance so you would have a table. This place is really good especially if you’re out as a group – the more, the merrier. They offer a tasting menu (for a minimum of 4 people) for £17 and you’ll have enough food to stop a truck – but images are worth a thousand words so enjoy the views.

Of course we were not able to finish everything but we did try for a few hours but it’s honestly impossible – and we’ve done it with groups including a good number of males but there is always something left. Good thing they will pack up any leftovers to go if you want.

Special thanks to Camino for allowing me to use her phone to take the pictures :-)
