ME
Quick post not about myself, although I was there so I'm involved, but about the new hottest rooftop in town: Radio bar in the London Hotel ME by MeliĆ”. As you can see, check the photos below, the sights are breathtaking, especially when the sun goes down and the stars come up - although you can't really see the stars due to all the lightning of the buildings from Canary Wharf to the Battersea Power Station.
It seems this is a must to visit this summer, and we do recommend it, although the service at the bar doesn't go according to the place or the price. Even if there were tones of different bar tenders, we had to wait for at least 10 minutes to have someone take our order, and the bar was not full at all. The cocktails were less than ok - even if they look good in the picture - but as the barlady (if that's even a term) was quite loose on the vodka we seemed to have forgotten about it.
As my friends were saying, stick to the beer or the champagne and you'll be alright except for the fact that the view will actually take your breath away...
