There is a passage between 4 streets around Covent Garden - between Upper St Martin's Lane, Shelton St, Mercer St and Long Acre - with some shops and restaurants. This is the time to talk about a little wine shop called Della Terra (from the earth - where are you going to grow grapes otherwise?).
If you are a wine lover, whether you're shopping in the area or need somewhere for a glass of wine - bottle for the adventurous - before/after the theatre or before having dinner in any of the restaurants of the area, this is definitely a great place for it. They have some tables set outside for the summer, and cosy fireplace - even if electronic - for the winter. Wine it!
